Robin is a mindfulness advocate, a meditation and breathwork teacher, a lifelong martial artist, and an executive coach who seeks to transform the lives of those he serves. He has lived in Japan for over 25 years.
Robin is also the Founder & CEO of Zensho Agency. He's recognized as Japan's most accomplished recruiter of partner-level attorneys and legal counsel for global law firms and Fortune 100 companies respectively.

Wellness Coach and Meditation Teacher
After exploring her budding interest in Eastern medicine and practices through her yoga practice, hours of self-study and various mentorship programs, she completed her senior thesis, “Psychological Needs Satisfaction Through the Interdependent Relationship between Trait Mindfulness and Interoceptive Awareness.”
She was able to successfully weave Western Psychology with Eastern medicine to find significant relationships between facets of trait mindfulness, the ability to feel safe in one’s body and psychological well-being.

Sound Meditation Guide
Aiming to implement a society where each person shines in the "here and now," she creates places based on mindfulness and compassion, and provides planning, design, program design, and operational support for meditation spaces and community spaces.
She operates "ThinkSpace Kamakura," a co-working space where people can enhance their concentration and creativity through introspection and spend mindful work time in open dialogue.
Yuki Julia Ito
Bilingual MC, interpreter/translator
Worked as a foreign executive secretary and interpreter for global companies and became MC and interpreter for multinational events.
As a survivor of an eating disorder, deeply interested in and exploring psychology, bodywork, therapy, art, and sports, and is involved in interpretation and translation in these fields.
